Nalin from Clean Pro Ltd. requested a fully responsive website to promote his commercial cleaning business. He requires effective organic search results with enhanced Search Engine Optimisation and social media integration. Nalin also wanted to be able to easily modify the website himself to accommodate the businesses evolving needs. Helios Web Design is working with Nalin to create a website based on the WordPress CMS platform that has a simple to use visual editor, a portfolio of services, a blog, automated social network sharing functionality and effective SEO.
Nalin is involved throughout the design process and is able to monitor the progress of his design on a testing domain to ensure it is exactly right before the website goes live. The website is equipped with an auto posting feature that will post Nalin’s blog posts and range of commercial cleaning services to a number of social media platforms to improve the businesses online exposure and drive more users to the website. The WordPress platform will enable Nalin to easily update the content of the website whenever he wishes, although Helios Web Design will be happy to implement changes if requested. The website will be optimised for search engines and indexed with Google, and Yahoo/Bing. Google Analytics tracking code will be included, enabling Nalin to monitor the effectiveness of the website and the ROI of online marketing campaigns.
Helios Web Design will work with Nalin to help him set up his own cost effective hosting contract to ensure that he is always in control of his online presence, help him adjust his DNS settings and set up his business email accounts and help him install them on his computer and mobile devices. Helios will actively manage this site, ensuring that their website, plugins and security measures are always up to date and will provide technical support and updates to content as and when required. The total cost of this website was £495 for the first year, which includes support for 12 months. Ongoing technical support, in year 2 and subsequent years will be set at a rate of £125 pa*.
